A Payment will be required for any rough sketches and ideas left with the customer for their consideration. This amount will later be deducted from the final charge.

Payment must be made by cash or by cheque, made payable to Cathy Robertson on receipt of any design work or at the latest, within 1 week of receipt and on submission of the invoice.

Customers will be asked to sign to agree for work to procede, and to acknowledge terms and conditions of payment.

A receipt will always be produced for payments received.

Charges
Design work is charged at a daily rate. Other services, such as help with planting, maintenance visits, are charged at an hourly rate.

If Cathy is supplying plants, composts and garden accessories, the customer will be asked to pay an agreed proportion of the cost in advance of purchase. An accurate schedule of these costs will be produced beforehand.
